Return Condition

To ensure a smooth return process, please review our return conditions below.

Products are eligible for return or exchange only if:

  • You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • You provide photo or video evidence of the issue
  • The product has not been consumed or tampered with

We cannot process returns if:

  • More than 48 hours have passed since delivery
  • The product was damaged after delivery or due to improper storage
  • You’re returning it due to personal taste or preference
  • There is no supporting proof of the issue

Once your claim is approved, we will oīer one of the following based on your preference and product availability:

  • A replacement
  • A refund (to the original payment method)
  • A store credit (for use on your next order)
